TRYBR 2008
August 10, 2008

Riders; mark your calendar for Sunday, Aug 12th as one of your most enjoyable rides of the year. Come join us and more than 225 fun people for a ride in the August breezes.

TRYBR 2007, sponsored by the Capital Bicycle Club (CBC) of Olympia, offers loops of 20, 30, 50, 80 and 100-miles along scenic, low traffic roads of South Thurston County and northern Lewis County.

Revel in the quiet countryside of Thurston and Lewis Counties, enjoy views of Mt. Rainier, the Skookumchuck and Deschutes Rivers. See the Llama farms and hawks soaring overhead along the Johnson Creek Road. The last leg of the 20, 30, and 50-mile rides is along the newly opened trail into Tenino beside McIntosh Lake.

All ride loops are well marked, mostly along scenic, low traffic roads. There are CBC and commercial food stops and numerous rest room locations along all routes. The maps and cue sheets offer bailouts along every route for the adventerous.
